Woman Dies In Car Accident
A woman died in a car accident this afternoon. She was driving northward on Hillcrest Road when another vehicle crossed over the centerline and hit her. She was taken to the hospital, but was pronounced dead there.

A female driver was pronounced dead at Overlook Medical Center after taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries received in a two-vehicle accident on Hillcrest Road at about 2:30 p.m. Friday, police said.
The victim’s name and information are being withheld, pending notification of family members.
No other injuries were reported.
The accident happened when a vehicle traveling south on the road crossed the center line just south of Ridge Road, hitting the oncoming vehicle. Continue reading…
Man Dies In Motorcycle Accident
A 21 year-old man was driving his motorcycle when he lost control around a curve in the road. He veered off the left side of the road and ran into a tree. He was ejected from his motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 21-year-old Dittmer man died Thursday night in a motorcycle accident near a Jefferson County highway, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
According to a MSHP spokesperson, the accident took place at 11 p.m. at Dutch Creek Road and Highway.
The accident report states Joshua Taylor was riding a 2007 Yamaha R6 motorcycle when he went into a right curve in the roadway, went off the left side of the road and struck a tree. Taylor was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. Continue reading…
Fatal Motorcycle Accident Blocks Interstate Traffic
A man was killed when his motorcycle became trapped underneath another vehicle after a collision. The accident blocked multiple lanes on the interstate in Pleasanton, CA. The lanes are still blocked, and there is no estimate of when they will reopen.

A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash that was blocking multiple lanes of eastbound Interstate Highway 580 in Pleasanton Friday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at 12:54 p.m. near the Hacienda Drive on-ramp, CHP Officer James Evans said.
The motorcyclist apparently became trapped underneath another vehicle following the collision, Evans said.
